JACCO worked with John Deklewa and Sons on the Juniata College Halbritter renovation project in Juniata Pennsylvania. JACCO acted as a M.E.P (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) estimator and M.E.P. coordinator.

Description:

JACCO and Imperial Construction Services worked with Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh to develop a five year budgetary plan for upgrades and renovations for their 15 branch libraries around the Pittsburgh area. JACCO prepared all the M.E.P (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) designs and estimating improvements for each of the libraries.

Description:

JACCO acted as a primary consultant for Duggan and Rhodes while working on the Erie Federal Court House renovation project in Erie Pennsylvania. JACCO’s responsibilities were to manage project schedules and prepare change order estimates for mechanical renovation improvements.

Description:

JACCO provided consulting services to the Hiring Committee task with the responsibility of reviewing candidates for the facilities manager position at West Alleghany School District. JACCO determined qualifications for hiring candidates in conjunction with the hiring committee. JACCO also prepared documents to perform interviews and later gave recommendations for the facilities manager position.
